Project Overview

We worked with Atelier Eva to create a marketing strategy that increased customer engagement through physical newsletters, storytelling email campaigns, and custom stickers. These initiatives showcased the studio’s unique ethos, driving higher email sign-ups, more Spotify listeners, and greater social media content, while enriching the overall client experience.

Increase customer engagement, foster community, and strengthen brand loyalty through innovative marketing strategies that differentiate the brand.

Newsletter

We designed a physical newsletter for Atelier Eva that highlights the founder’s success in tattooing, features interviews with fellow tattoo artists, and includes fun games and captivating photography of their Williamsburg studio.

Distributed to customers during their visit, the newsletter offered an engaging experience while driving email sign-ups, boosting Spotify listeners for our monthly music mixes, and generating social media content.

Email Campaigns

Leveraging a robust email list of past and current clients, we seized the opportunity to engage directly through storytelling. Our email campaigns generated excitement around new tattoos and offered exclusive access to unique products, such as a custom candle created by the studio owners, monthly Spotify mixes, special event promotions, and more.

Stickers

To complement the studio’s premium pricing, we created playful, custom Atelier Eva stickers as a fun thank-you for clients. Each sticker was thoughtfully designed to align with the brand’s ethos, paired with Atelier Eva matches and a one-page neighborhood guide we crafted, highlighting the best spots to eat, grab coffee, and more.
